$5 Club Terms of Service

Subscription is due monthly. By subscribing, you agree to have your payment auto charged or deducted monthly. You may cancel at any time.

Some restrictions apply to perks of the $5 Club membership:

*Benefits are immediately available upon initial first-time enrollment. If there is a membership voluntary cancellation or due to nonpayment, then the membership may be reactivated at full regular monthly price and there will be a 30-day waiting period for benefits to be re-instated.

*11 point inspection: wipers, lights, air filter, tire pressure, belts, hoses, Transmission fluid level, Coolant level, Power steering fluid level, washer fluid level

*No Commercial or Fleet Vehicles, No diesel, electrical, Liquid Propane or Natural gas powered vehicles

*No more than 2 patches per flat repair. Tire size 35×12.50×20 or smaller. Not responsible for damage that may occur to wheels during flat repair.

*Customer is responsible to re-tighten/check lug nuts after 50 miles of driving

*Unlocks and battery jumps only within 5-mile radius of shop location during shop operating hours. Not responsible for any damage to vehicle that may occur during unlock services.

*Tires may need to be special ordered if not in stock

*Alignment checks may require vehicle to be dropped off.

*Computer Diagnostics is subject to availability while you wait or may need to drop off does NOT include technical troubleshooting

*Oil & Filter Change of up to 6 quarts with STP brand filter and oil. Only: 0w20, 5w20, 5w30

*Disabled Vehicle Transport within Fort Stockton city limits during shop operating hours. Not responsible for any damage to vehicle that may occur during transport services.

*Auto Labor Expert guide is used for job estimation. Estimation may be adjusted as deemed necessary by shop management.

*Monthly membership fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in whole or in part member can cancel at anytime without penalty or fees

*Alamo Tire & Auto Repair reserves the right to cancel $ 5ive Dollar Club memberships at any time without cause and without notice

*Alamo Tire & Auto Repair reserves the right to refuse membership to the $ 5ive Dollar Club to anyone without cause
